To give you some idea of why you would want to choose our team to work for you, you might find it helpful to know that I have been developing my practice in this area for many years, since 1991. Since then my practice has become more and more dedicated to representing consumers in “straight” bankruptcy under Chapter 7 and bill consolidation cases under Chapter 13 of the bankruptcy code. I hold degrees from Harvard University and the University of Texas School of Law. I have been profiled in Who’s Who in American Law, and I am admitted to practice before the Iowa Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. I am a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. I practice law from our offices in Fairfield, Iowa, where we have a friendly, helpful, experienced and competent.

We realize that some of you may live a distance away from our home office, so you’ll be pleased to know that we can and do represent clients from throughout Iowa. To further demonstrate my commitment to this field and develop my competency in it, I have become one of the first, if not the very first practicing attorney in Iowa to be Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.
